2013 New Version For One to Many Players

You now have a game for multiple players or solitaire play for the whole war. Add and remove human players at any point. NPC Commanders fill in for missing players.
You can now link together multiple table top boardgames and / or miniatures using these concepts. Abstract as much as you wish without losing playability.
There are five documents: Overview, Strategic, Army, Air, and Naval Operations.

This game was run by a game master. It is not currently in play. The rules are still interesting to game designers and to compare with the new solitaire concepts for 2013.
